I just placed an order for THCA King. What happens next?

First off, thank you for making a purchase with THCA King! After making your purchase:

1) You will receive an order confirmation along with a receipt via email. If you received a confirmation e-mail, that means we have received your order and are working towards getting you your products. If you didn't receive an email, check your junk mailbox. If it's not there, you may have entered your e-mail address incorrectly or your order did not process. Contact us and we will get you squared away.
2) Once the label is printed (remember up to 2 business days handling time), you should receive an additional e-mail notification that will include tracking information.
3) Track your order via the carriers website (USPS or UPS) so you know when to expect its arrival. Do not use the Shop App, as it is not accurate.
4) Receive your order and enjoy the highest quality THCA flower from THCA King.
5) Hopefully re-order again and refer your friends. ;) Check out our affiliate program.

I only received a partial order! What do I do?

We apologize if you didn't receive everything you ordered. We process many orders and mistakes do happen. We will always correct them by issuing you a refund on any missing products or sending out a replacement package at no additional charge to you. Please note, you may be asked to send a picture of your order contents prior to us reshipping the items. We check order history as well, if you have continuous complaints for missing products, we reserve the right to discontinue selling our products to you.

My package says delivered, but it's not here?

Please allow up to 24-48 hours for your package to show up. Although it might say delivered on the tracking, sometimes carriers scan the code in error prior to the package being dropped off. It's also always a good idea to try to talk to your local carrier who physically drops the packages off in your mailbox.

My order was automatically cancelled after I placed it, what happened? 

If your order was cancelled shortly after you placed it, it was cancelled by NoFraud, a 3rd party fraud prevention company. They may try to contact you by e-mail or phone to verify your information. It is always recommended to use a credit card with a matching shipping and billing address if you are having issues with your order completing successfully.

When will my order ship out?

Orders are sent out in the order that they are received into our system. We allow ourselves up to 2 full business days to freshly pack and ship out your order. Please review our Shipping Policy for further clarification on shipment and handling times.

When will my order be delivered?

After your package has been shipped out, you will receive it in the time frame of the shipping speed you chose at checkout. Once we hand the package off to the carrier, it is no longer in our possession. Any additional information will need to come from the shipping carrier that you selected at checkout. Please contact them with your tracking number for any additional information regarding delivery times. We are not Amazon.com, we do not deliver your package to you.
