I don't usually have issues but I received this vape last Friday and immediately emailed them as soon as I opened the vape and noticed half of the liquid was gone and then it doesn't even hit. The light comes on when I plug it in but it does not turn on like the other vapes I have bought. No response on the emails I sent so just patiently waiting at this point for some kind of person to reach out to me about this issue.

So I got the "night cap og" pen. It didn't get me high. I looked at the ingredients and I didn't like seeing 4% THC and 40% Delta 8. Very fake tasting terps. I'm actually surprised the KING got these to sell. The 19 dollar old pens black pens that they have are like 10 times better. I got a king Lui & it's better all around. I'm going to email them I hope they can somehow reimburse me.
